I was thinking his best bet would be to prove he can play and stay healthy for a final year in Boston but if agent found him an Al Horford deal he should take it. So who would do that for him?

IIRC, Deron Williams didn't have a career-threatening injury, he just stopped taking basketball seriously. About Hayward, a bit sad that we didn't see him at full-strength with the Celtics, it would have been interesting to see their loaded rosters these past seasons. Maybe they would have even made the finals.
