Not higher all time...but much better at basketball. Current Luka is much better than Stockton or Hamilton at the game of basketball.

I think Luka is easily better offensively, Stockton is easily better defensively. However, Stockton's defense doesn't have enough impact to makeup the offensive gap. So yeah I say Luka is already better then any version of Stockton. This verson of Luka could of took mavs to finals if he was in a weak east conference like 07 or 09 LeBron was.

Of course, but if we are talking about strictly talent then Luka is better.

Say a rookie Hakeem comes in the league dominating. By his 2nd year he is already a top 10 player pretty easily, it's pretty clear he has more talent than someone like Bob McAdoo, but McAdoo is still ranked ahead of Hakeem cause Hakeem just entered the league.
