Both are teams that I feel underachieved.
Hawks got Capela but he hasn't played for them yet. And they lost John Collins for 25 games because of that PED suspension.
Bulls on the other hand just changed coaches. And while I don't think that makes them a 50 win team, I do think a team that has Lavine, Markannan and Wendell Carter Jr should at LEAST be considered as a dark horse for the playoffs. Especially if Carter and Markanan keep improving.
So if you had to choose now,
Who has the better record?
Do either of them make a playoff run?
I'd be very surprised if Atlanta doesn't win 40 games next year.
