Biden is going to increase police funding, but in the grand scheme of things I think we are going to have more riots down the road no matter what...it's beyond the POTUS and more reliant on whatever police footage shows up.

It is basically inevitable that another police vid will hit eventually...there are 700,000 police officers in the country, and the entire population is now packing a video recorder. It is literally IMPOSSIBLE to keep that many officers "in line"...and it is only a matter of time until another white cop kills a perceived innocent black civilian...the odds for it are basically 100%
