Of course it's fake. The most obvious giveaway is that there are no TV station call sign or network affiliation visible anywhere in the video. It's just "7 News".

A nice touch at the end, the announcer is wrapping up and then he says "Sheldon FOX... 7 News". If you're just half paying attention, all your brain hears is "Fox 7 news" and you think "Wow, that's legit". But yeah, totally fake, though pretty well done.
