That's why I want to get a PS5, I have a backlog of PS4 games that run janky on base PS4 that'll run much smoother on PS5. I tried playing Control + RDR2 but it just stuttered too much in high traffic areas. I'm done with fast travel load times, it ruins the pace of games like GTA for me

Yeah it's a week 1 PS4, is yours a pro? It's smooth up until there's a lot of particle effects happening on screen, like blowing up things and NPC's flying around that's when my FPS starts to stagger to a crawl. Only the newer AAA titles though that are optimised for better hardware

probably gonna have to wait until january. anything with silicone is in high demand right now. cpu's, gpu's, consoles...hard to get. you can code up a bot to check and purchase it for you, but even then it's a luck of the draw with certain retailers having anti-bot measures.

Damn that sounds like me. I just can't justify another box under the TV when I barely have time for the shit I have now. I got God of War, Spider-man and Horizon sitting on my Pro that I ain't even booted up yet. I'm not even looking at Last of Us 2 and Ghost of Tsushima until I get through those. miles morales 9/10. would've been an easy 10/10 if it was a bit longer. took me 12 hours overall for the main story. so one long weekend's worth of gaming.


best looking game yet on consoles. the ray-tracing they kept hyping up is pretty cool and perfect for a game set in a new york cityscape. it really adds a lot to the look of the game.

We are looking for beta testers to sign up, invite their friends, and give us feedback on what they think needs improvement. Keep in mind, this is definitely pretty bare bones at the moment but will be bitching come March.

I have Demon's Souls and Spider-Man. It's insane, there's virtually no wait time at all. You die, you insta respawn. You fast travel, you're there in not even a second. Collectibles in Spider-Man aren't hard to begin with, but you can sweep the whole map in about two minutes with fast travels. Spider-Man as a game is rather boring though, just fun to have. Not as good as the first one.
