Malice or not, the virus started and spread from China yes?

China restricted domestic travel but allowed international travel yes?

Any dates and confirmations?

I know there are some lawsuits etc but but doubt they are effective.

So what happens?

Not calling for war but co operation on patient 0 and all countries committing to monitor and restrict travel of infectious disease seems logical?
