Lakers still have the full MLE for 1 more player. They are trying to get Dwight, but I don't know who else they have meeting with. Rondo is gone. KCP is free-agent, but I think Lakers have his Bird rights so they can sign him last.

Overall it's a downgrade because none of those players are playoff tested.

I like Schroder but I'm not sure if he's the ideal fit next to LeBron and AD. He's not really a playmaking point guard like Rondo. His shot is iffy and he's all about getting in to the paint.

Matthews is decent but he's like 6'3 so he's not guarding the premier SFs of the league like Danny Green did.

Harrell is meh don't really like him like that.

The Lakers are right now a little worse than they were last year in my opinion when factoring offense and defense.

However, a championship team always has a lot of confidence going into the next season and that may be enough to make this team even better than last year.
