Select and rank the next five (players 21 through 25) of the greatest SHOOTING GUARDS of All-Time. A 48 Hour window will be given to make your choices or debate why said player should or shouldn’t be here. After 48 Hours, the final five will be selected and we'll be moving on to the POINT GUARD position.

Thanks all who participated. Trying to bring different dialogue to the forum besides the same topics over and over. Hope to see you all in the Point Guard Voting in a few days, but let's get the SG position out of here with a bang! [Mike Breen voice.]

Will Mitch Richmond finally get a vote?
Where is the love for Earl the Pearl Monroe?
Bill Sharman was the first great shooting guard?
Did Andrew Toney or Brandon Roy have a long enough career to make the top 25?
How underrated are guys like Phil Chenier, Joe Johnson, Paul Westphal and Gail Goodrich?

B. Sharman
M. Richmond
Paul Westphal (should have B. Roy if not for injury, or perhaps higher)
Jimmy Jones (one of the better ABA players who did not play for NBA)
Gail Goodrich

Jimmy Jones is not available for selection. Guys like him, Mel Daniel's, Louie Dampier are not on the list due to none or very little NBA careers.

Shockingly strong list here for ISH standards.

Well done.

Damn Sidney way too low.

Sidney Moncrief seems like a tough player to rank. He really only had 5 quality seasons, but in those seasons he accumulated:

5x All-Star
5x All-NBA (one 1st team)
5x All-Defensive (four 1st teams)
2x DPOY

Unfortunately injuries completely derailed his career after that, but that's a pretty damn impressive peak. A guy like Klay has no argument over him imo.

Rangz doe?

Klay kinda sucked in the playoffs when he won a ring as a 2nd option. And his 3rd option rings mean next to nothing, I'm sure Sidney would have won a couple rings if he was playing alongside Isiah and Bird.
