Hmmm, Ibaka is much better 3pt shooter, slightly better defender & rebounder, and slightly better ft shooter. Advanced stats all side with him in playoffs.

Harrell is better in the paint, more efficient, more explosive, gets to the FT line much more and slightly better passer. He is also 4yrs younger. Advanced stats all side with Harrell in regular season.

I would rather have Ibaka due to his 3pt shooting & better in playoffs, but it's much closer than people realize.

Serge is a good big to have but against the lakers, a healthy AD still has a sizable advantage. Lebron can play 1 3 or 4 at high levels and AD is nightmare for4s and 5s.
