Before when KD came to the Warriors, everyone complained and said that it was pathetic. But now the Warriors have had so many injuries. And part of the reason KD got hurt was because the Warriors have lacked depth the whole time. They lacked a bench outside of Iggy, and so it resulted in KD having to do so much work.
So we are at a point now where it would be more than justified if the Warriors ended up signing another star in the long term. Too bad KD didn't stay. He left because he felt that it wasn't right for him to have it so easy. But now it's hard for the Warriors. And if a star came to play with them, it would be justified. It wouldn't be an easy way out.
So with that said, it would be okay if they ever got a Leonard or a Giannis. Or Jokic. Remember, the Warriors are old now according to you and they don't have a bench that is ready, so they absolutely DESERVE another star.
