Last year was end of his contract and he is in his first free agency.
37 years old ..

3rd best franchise player for the Brewers , behind Yount and Molitor who are HOF'ers.

IS Braun a HOFer ???


(I say yes) , but would like him to finish 1-2 more years with the Brew crew.

No he won't make the HoF. Got busted for PEDs and outright lied costing a guy his job saying that he mishandled his sample. And it's been proven he was taking PEDs during his MVP year.

Baseball should do their HoF voters a favor and just set a rule or make a statement. Either declare all proven dopers to be ineligible or treat it like any other form of cheating and let then in. Without a rule as things are guys like Bonds and Braun should make it in. It's weird to treat this one form of cheating so differently without any kind of official standard.

granted his one year as MVP was a farce , but his overall body of work , ranks there for HOF material.
