Free agency is still underway, plenty more players left to sign, but so far who are the teams you say improved the most this offseason?

And of course... why?

the Phoenix Suns, located in the 5th most populous city of the USA.

first, we begin with the major acquisition of Chris Paul:

the Suns have been in major need of a PG for a while, Rubio filled in that gap nicely but his lack of shooting created a huge flaw. having a complete PG like Paul will round out that spot and allow for a top offense in the league. do not be surprised if we have a top 5 offense. we have Devin Booker and Ayton + bunch of good 3 pt shooters.

Jalen Smith, in my humble opinion, will also play a huge factor. He's a Jarren Jackson Jr + Myles Turner stretch 4/5. in college he was shooting from NBA 3pt distance...his shot blocking is impeccable, perfect timing and can block with BOTH hands. his inability to stay in front of guards will limit his minutes bc opposing teams will exploit that switch heavily, but his motor is so good that I expect him to improve as the season goes on. PLUS, the goggles...i mean, c'mon, he's bringing them back:

i will continue this tomorrow, just took a benadryl and am feeling very drowsy.

The Hawks improved the most this offseason. The team with the worst record last year will make the playoffs.
