AD forcing his way to play with LeBron is a high basketball IQ move.

It's impossible for the front office to be held hostage. It always has more power than the player.

But if you wanna shill for front offices, that is your prerogative.

SUperstars run the show. FO has more power then 99% of the players but in terms of superstars they don't have shit.

Actually, this has been happening for decades. For example, I read that Olajuwon asked to be traded to the Rockets Front Office in the summer of 91 or 92. He left for holidays having taking everything from there, thinking he would never wear a Rocket jersey again. However, the Rockets couldn't make the trade they wanted, so he had to stay in the team and the rest is history. And I assume that there are loads of stories like this that have been forgotten. It would be nice if some of the older folks could enlighten us about this type of situations.
