i wonder why mike could never get more out of pippen?

did he take too many shots?
did he need better passing?
did his leadership lack?
did he need more 3 pointer range?

Jordan raised pippen from a single-digit baby to 20 ppg.... And Grant/BJ went from single-digit rookies to korver all-stars

Otoh, no one ever grew on lebron's watch... Mo Williams was already good before lebron... Kyrie was all-star MVP in 14'.... Wade, Bosh, Love, AD were perennial all-stars

Lebron's skillset imposes spot-up roles that stall young players thereby needing ready-made stars to win (team-hopping).. only elite shooters play well next to lebron, so his teams are never as good as they should be
