Poor kid.
Right now actually makes sense tho as a perfect time to push this token, symbolic nonsense. The stadium crowd is about 300 people, and pretty much only player family members. She got off pretty easy.

You can even hear someone say "Oh....damn" after the kick. Like wtf was that?? All that buildup for that hot garbage.

great kick and as the coach stated post game was exactly what they wanted. nice to see women playing in male dominant sports. reminds me of when african americans started too join white dominated sports, and here they are now dominating them all.

The first ever NCAA kick off ever by a dude was probably something similar to be honest. It's like watching old NBA footage that's in black and white. Watching GOTAs like Russell or Chamberlain play against inferior men that barely knew how to dribble a basketball. Not that everyone was like that, but the talent level wasn't gushing back then either.

Thats how you see Jackie Robinson? As a woman?
Thats how you compare him to his peers on the baseball diamond?
You think he was a woman among men?

Great take. Now that we are becoming more accepting as a society, then maybe one day we can see virgin midgets such as yourself play professionally one day.

Seeing how badly Vanderbilt got trashed to the point that they might throw the game so she wouldn't have any chances to kick, that squib isn't that bad.

I feel bad for her knees, kicking is a bitch and women have weaker knees than men

Squib kick so there's no chance of a return and no chance of getting hurt.
She was jogging to the sideline before ball was fielded. A dude doing that would get reprimanded hard core if he did that shit.

There's nothing wrong with a woman competing in a "man's" sport... so long as she deserves it. It's about putting the best possible team on the field regardless of sexual orientation, gender, race, whatever... doesn't matter.
However, what did she do that makes this anything other than a token moment?
Is she the best kicker on the team? Is she the second best kicker on the team? Is she worthy of being on the team? Nothing points to the fact that she deserves to be on the field, from a merit standpoint. Hopefully that eventually changes, but I don't see that transpiring in this moment.
It looks to be just a bullshit attention grab, and it worked. This chick isn't a barrier breaker, she's just a laughably transparent and desperate token.
Men and women are built incredibly differently and no amount of social agenda is ever going to undo millions of years of evolution.
Reality prevails.

Sarah Fuller's case is not a bad thing though. She took this rare opportunity to promote other good causes. Even Hnida herself supports Fuller.

Because it didn't matter for the outcome of the game. It's like playing your 12th man in garbage time. Who cares?

Incredibly low kick.
Vanderbilt made a 39 yard fg today and when they brought out Vanderbilt's male kicker the commentator referred to it as bringing out the long kicker... 39 yard kick is long... Never heard that before. He also can make extra points but she should get SEC special teams player of the week award again or something because who knows why.... Not just cause she is a girl I don't think but because of her amazing extra point kick in a blowout loss.

Nah, that's cool, I used to kick myself.
I saw her hit an extra point in the Georgia game today, but has she hit any kind of FG with distance?
If she's good enough to kick vs mens, that's awesome, the problem is when men who identify as women and then get to compete in sports vs other females.

Yeah. The video was just to point out how badly women are outmatched physically. The previous post compared women to black men finally being allowed to compete against white men in sports, as if women are comparable to men biologically, white or black. I assume they were being sarcastic but you never can tell.
I'm for women playing with men if they are actually as good as they are and belong on the team. But simply adding them just for the sake of it and giving them participation trophies like a special ed kid is condescending.
She made two very low extra point kicks as if it was impressive, while their male 'long kicker' comes out hitting a 39 yard kick. It's not impressive at all, that's not actually a long kick and most male kickers make under 40 yard kicks at a high rate.
If the 39 yard kick isn't impressive, which it isn't, then there is no reason to act like low ugly kicked balls for extra points is impressive just cause it's a girl. This is a senior in college being praised like a child. It's remarkable they gave her SEC special team player of the week for nothing other than short kickoff last week. All because they don't have a pinga.
