he was a 1-trick pony before the "decision", with 1 Finals run like AI/Dwight/Kidd

so his resume is distorted and he's defaulted to the "dr. j" position in the rankings

Follow me outside bro.

He should've stayed in Cleveland in 2011 and beaten Dirk's 1-star team...

That would've been truly goat

The Cavs would've been massive league favorites for the 3rd year in a row .. and they would've added a 3rd all-star-caliber teammate like they did in 09' and 10' - so the Cavs would've been a big favorite with the organic chemistry needed to beat those Mavs

But alas, he team-hopped and got a hot plate of karma in the 11' Finals... Defeated by a 1-star team like he was supposed to do in Cleveland

MVP, 28 ppg, 8 apg & All-Defensive First Team in 2010. 1-trick pony though.:oldlol:

If anything 2nd 3 peat MJ was more of a one trick pony than LeBron ever was. He was strictly a scorer, an inefficient scorer I might add at times, didn't get his teammates involved and Pippen carried the Bulls defense.

Assist Percentage 1991-1993 Playoffs:

^^^ Jordan led the Bulls in assist percentage for the entire 96-98' Playoffs.

You should be aware that Jordan averaged equal apg despite less available shots to assist on (he took more shots and can't assist on those shots), so his assist percentage was always higher than Pippen's - Jordan always assisted more often then pippen (33% more often in the playoffs), while leading in apg for 6 of 9 playoff runs alongside pippen.

2nd 3 peat MJ

1996 PLAYOFFS - Pippen averages 15 on 34% in the Finals and ECSF

1997 PLAYOFFS - Jordan leads bulls in scoring and assists, while basically tying Rodman in rebounds; pippen did literally nothing

1998 PLAYOFFS - Pippen averaged 16 on 39% in the 98' ECF and 15 on 41% in the Finals, while Rodman wasn't the starter for those playoffs.. So Jordan carries the team and sets the record for % of team points

Pippen carried the Bulls defense.

Wow, still downplaying pippen even in this dup. :facepalm

Everyone in history had a teammate outscore them for a playoff run... So everyone needed a Jordan (someone capable of outscoring them), while Jordan is the first guy that only needed a Pippen (someone that averaged 10-30 less in every series, and less career apg.. a "true" 2nd option)

Furthermore, are you saying it's bad for Jordan to go 1-9 with 8 seeds (while averaging 44), but it's okay for Lebron to go 1-9 with 2 seeds (while wetting the bed with 22 ppg)?.. and if you're saying it's better to make the Finals, then let's talk Finals, aka 6/6

And it's bad for Jordan to need an 8-point rookie to make the 2nd round, but it's okay for lebron to miss the playoffs with the East all-star center?... and then need additions like the COY and a pippen-stats player to make the 06' Playoffs?

That makes sense to you?
