Pretty much, by a big margin too. Bruce Bowen is an option too, despite him only being able to make 3s from the corner.

I agree! Klay is one of the top 10 shooter/scorers of all time. By that guys who average very good to great PPG AND are sharpshooters. So Klay is in that mix with Bird, KD, Ray, Mark Price, Reggie, Nash, Peja, Dirk, etc. He's MORE than a 3 and D guy in general! BUT when it comes to THE GUY who combines 3 ball shooting AND defense the best EVER, it's easily Klay! It would have been like giving Reggie Miller world class defense back in the day!!

Does this mean Klay is a top 100 player all-time? Where does he rank?

My man Bruce Bowen was better, his kung-fu kick on Szczerbiak was legendary. Joking aside, he is way better than Bowen and has to be in the discussion.

No kd before the injury was as good defensively and as good of a three point shooter. Maybe better because he could get his three off easier im more situations.

No Klay is way to prolific of a scorer to be considered just a 3+D guy

lol Durant was a far superior defensive player. Klay is one of the most overrated defensive players in the league by actual impact. Good one one one defensive player (which is the most overrated kind...especially now when you can barely play any type of real one on one defense anyway), but mediocre help/team wise as the advanced numbers show. He doesn't have a positive DPIPM from 2016-2019 (not available for 20). In 2017, on the other hand, Durant was a 1.38. Interestingly, though, he then falls to a -1.18 in 2018. I guess you can see that in the Warriors in general. Second in defense in 2017 to 11th in 2018. Durant fell way off as they were coasting.

Also, Klay scores too much to be considered a 3 and D guy anyway.

Ray Allen.

You seriously think Ray Allen was a 3&D player???

Good god what an absurd take.

He probably said that because he thought it would annoy me. Honestly didn't even notice it till your post. Weak ass trolling and if he does think that's true then all he is doing is admitting he never watched Allen on the Bucks or Sonics so he takes an L anyway.

When Klay was out due to injury , do you think his impact was equal to KD's ???
I just want to make sure his greatness is graded with players that impacted the league and had season ending injuries..

Not sure anyone considers KD a 3&D player.
