PA Governor changed election rules and PA SCOTUS ruled it into law. But per the constitution, no court of law makes election rules, that is up to the the state legislatures. Texas is saying that because a bunch of ballots has been counted in violation of the constitution, it has deluded the vote of the people in Texas and all other US citizens.

What I can't make sense of is their justification. Each state has a right to run their election how they want. The legislatures from those 4 states did not have any issue with expanded mail-in-ballots so what credible justification does TEXAS state have for that lawsuit? Those individual states can run their own elections however the hell they want thanks to states' rights. What right does TEXAS state have to dictate how Michigan state runs their election? There is no argument there thanks to states' rights.
