Look at how Kilian is inspired by being around the MVP. Trying to impress him, listening to his advice... Damn DRose has to be one of the most respected players in the NBA. I don't see anyone else doing this - people say Lebron is a great mentor but he traded his young core instead of mentoring, and one of them won MIP right after that. sheesh...

Yeah but just looking at someone on TV is different. You can see this kid lights up because hes working together with Rose. Of course these guys are idols, but who has taken up the task of developing a young player and using his reputation for that end? Hardly anyone.

It's called knowing when to let go dickhead, sometimes you have to let a bird spread its wings in order for it to be able to fly. Lebron prepared his hatchlings for success, and frankly anything they achieve at this point is a credit to him.
