Question for admins or mods about old posters

So last night before I went off to sleep, I was bored and started reading a couple of old ISH threads full posters who were regulars here like NumberSix, DuecesWallace, SilkkTheShocker, ILLsmak, timmyD_for_mvp, budadiiii, NickYoung, UK2K, Stalkerforlife, droid, DonDadda59, MaxFly, KevinNYC, Dresta and others and all of them had activity within the last 24 hours...so my question is, is this legit? Are these posters checking in and just lurking but not posting? This would explain why threads can go into the thousands of views since it's really hard to get that many views with the handful of posters who regularly post here...or is it just ISH somehow updating and showing activity for posters who no longer come here? Just curious I guess, wondering why would people who would post here often just lurk and not chime in anymore...

Oh, it's his life's work unless he's got something else going on that we don't know about... I haven't looked that closely at him. I'm not sure what that price tag looks like. I guarantee he'd charge more than it's worth because of the emotional investment. Yeah, it wouldn't be cheap.

IDK what this site is worth but the forum is dying, there aren't many active posters in here any more. The Football Forum used to be more active than the OTC is currently, but now game threads don't even get looked at...it's become a ghost town...Jeff has been trying to create topics and spark interest with little success.

The OTC/Politics section is now basically the same 15-25 posters saying the same things...these are hard times for ISH

Moved from Milwaukee area to NY .. so he is in high price city.
If he were to sell it might be had for 300-400k... would be my guess.
