Richard Grenell, the first gay cabinet member. And he became a cabinet member not because he's gay or black, etc. Which is an obvious thing that people like Biden do, but simply because of his qualifications. The fact that he was gay didn't even come up.

When Joe Biden was a senator he said that gay people were a security risk, and thus should not get a security clearance. Should not be appointed to any top level of anything. I think it was the Obama administration that used to keep track and report how many black people they have in the white house, or women, or gay.
