He broke a finger when he was with the Jazz and only missed like 8 games if I remember correctly Pretty sure it was his shooting hand as well

It isn't anything serious. It's on his pinky and he's listed day to day. If he misses any regular season games it will only be a few. If this was the playoffs he wouldn't be missing any games.

The guy just can't seem to stay healthy. Hopefully he's not out for an extended period of time.

that would be my guess. He's tough. He 'll play through pain. Not Kawai we're talking about

He scored most points while being wide open. He’s afraid of contact. Not exactly tough especially when he’s on course to miss half the season again

He was tough when he was with the Jazz. He's day to day. Not sure how he's on course to miss half a season? He played through a broken finger in Utah

Charlotte Hornets forward Gordon Hayward has a fracture at the base of the pinkie finger of his right hand that will cause him to miss at least Thursday’s preseason game in Orlando (https://www.charlotteobserver.com/sports/charlotte-hornets/article247898465.html).

The injury is not considered serious enough to require surgery. He will be listed as day-to-day. (https://www.charlotteobserver.com/sports/charlotte-hornets/article247898465.html) It’s expected Hayward can play whenever he’s comfortable to do so, as far as pain tolerance and performing effectively. Hayward shoots with his right hand.

At least they aren't a dipshit who spends a million dollars at a strip club. Harden is an absolute fool.

That's not bad luck. It's really a minor injury. Tape it to the ring finger to splint it, and he's good to go. Hurts like hell right when it happens but it's not going to be a disabling injury after the pain goes away. I work at a machine shop and have broken my own fingers a few times.
If he broke the thumb he'd be screwed because you cant splint that without a heavy wrap that he couldn't dribble or hold a ball with.
