He is a much better driver. Doncic is not really good at driving past people, but he uses his body to create space.
Harden is also a much better shooter with a live dribble.
Doncic defence is very underrated though. There is a difference between playing defense and being a good defender.

BOTH great scorers, passers, and rebounders for their position. Neither is a standout athletically or on defense. BUT would break it down like this in terms of who I would give the advantage to:

Scoring- Harden
Passing- Luka
Rebounding- Luka
Defense- Harden

Scoring skillset- Harden
Handles- Harden
Positional versatility- Luka (due to Luka's size, he can play PG, SG, SF, and if he had to a lil small ball PF)

I'm gonna give Harden this one SLIGHTLY because Luka has only been a superstar for one year. While Harden is already a 1st ballot HOF lock still at the peak of his powers. I wanna see ONE MORE YEAR of Luka being a superstar. If that's the case (and I think it will be), I think u gotta take Luka. Because he's gonna become a more efficient scorer. And he's a MORE RARE type of player than Harden in my opinion. Only three guys in NBA HISTORY are pass first triple double threat guys who ALSO average 27-30 PPG. That's Oscar, then Bron, and now Luka. And ALL OF THEM are supersized PG's to boot. Bron and Luka IMMEDIATELY put the pass first PG on top of the PG charts once they moved there.

I'll probably change my vote to Doncic, but both of them have very similar games.

Luka was for real more impressive in his first playoff series than Harden ever was in his entire playoff career. He still has his flaws, but Luka has legitimate ATG potential, and barring injury this won't even be a debate.
