The problem with THT is he needs to be the main ball handler to be effective and he isn't a 3 point threat, that alone will limit his minutes this year, guys like Matthews, Morris, & Pope fit with this team more because they can catch and shoot, making life easier for LeBron. Having LeBron and THT on the court at the same time seems like a weird fit, with that said I'm very pleased/excited at how well he has looked in the preseason. You have to play this dude when LeBron is on the bench.

I hope THT forces himself to be the main guy in the 2nd unit. He would be AMAZING. The team just scores so easy when THT is doing work.

We're legit 11 deep and there are tons of combinations that can be thrown out there. Key is keeping everyone healthy while the guys who need it play as little as few mpg as possible in this schedule, which is why it's good that we're 11 deep.

If Schroeder starts, who's the backup point guard right now? Caruso isn't a good pickn'roll ball handler, which you can see they're trying to force THT's development in this(used to do the same with Ingram in the pre and early season). AC and THT have potential together in the 2nd unit, especially with good players around them who can play fast from defense to offense.
The unit with THT, KCP, Morris, Kuzma and Gasol looked great in the 2nd game vs the Clippers as well, with Marc clearing out space for all the slashers while running the offense from the middle of the floor, beautiful basketball.

It's going to be a great season, I love how this TEAM looks.
