Do black men generally have low standards?

This is a really interesting observation I've come across. I notice black men tend to hit up the 5-6's women before trying for the 8-dimes. Is it to secure the low hanging fruit first? Or is it that they aren't shallow? Black guys in our area have a reputation for pretty much hitting on everything that has a heartbeat. I guess there's a market for everything and it gives the chubby low self esteem girls that boost in self confidence.

Yeah I see that. Although I think it's more a cultural thing as women are generally thicker in Samoa.

They found white and asian men were more likely to specify criteria they were seeking in a mate, while black and latino men were more likely to state no preference for body size, age, etc.

The reasons for the discrepancy are probably multiple, but I suspect it's mostly cultural/socioeconomic. Dudes who may not have a lot of options nor financial status to leverage, are simply going to be less picky out of necessity. If you go out into the country you'll see a lot of poor white guys with fat girlfriends. In a metropolitan environment where people are likely to use personal ads, whites and asians tend to have more money than blacks and latinos. So they can essentially afford to be pickier.

That said, I don't think you can discount genetic predisposition as a lesser but still contributory factor.

Of course, money supercedes everything. A rich man will get the cream of the crop...no matter what the ethnicity.

I think this is more of an interracial issue. Take white guys with asian girls for example. Why are most of these asian girls ugly?

It's because once you fetishize a girl based on race, looks are not as important to you.

If a black guy finds white girls attractive, even the ugly white girls will be more attractive to them than pretty black girls.
