People get blacklisted for specific acts of dissent or defiance. Nobody was passing on Iverson because he insisted on dressing like a teenager. It was bc it eventually became obvious he was uncommitted to the game and the team, and unwilling to adapt.

Thats called making a smart personnel decision, not blacklisting.
