He will get more respect when the Hawks start winning consistently. People also didn't like is lack of defense, but he looks much better on the defensive end. He is a baller for real.

Something was wrong with the makeup of that team last year, plus Collins got hurt.

His defense is much improved, he is showing more effort defensively so far, hope he keeps it up.
It helps to have quality depth around him so he is not forced to carry his team offensively night in and night out.

If curry couldn't win that way, then trae won't either... at least not without some collusion where he teams up with KD or AD

Talent is the only way to win today since everyone uses the same brand/strategy (3-point contest) and the biggest stars team up so that's the only way to compete (teaming up)
