I cannot recall an instance of Curry having anything that could be called a phantom injury. On the other hand I do recall multiple instances of an inferior top player who has had multiple cases coming up at convenient times that had causes that were never witnessed and never resulted in surgery.

Fans of that inferior player should stop projecting the failures of that inferior player onto his better.
