Solo Wade at his absolute peak could only manage 47 wins max.

Another thing about Wade too that hurts him in this comparison is that he was not a vocal leader. Wade is more along the lines of Kawhi Leonard or Michael Jordan when it comes to leadership, which is to say he wasn't a great leader and really didn't want that responsibility. Pippen on the other hand was very managerial and vocal which is why he was able to guide all of those Bulls teams to 6 rings.

It only seems that way but that's actually Wade's own words.

If you know anything about the Big 3 Heat you would know that there was basically an entire week devoted to the topic of Wade's leadership style versus LeBron's and in Wade's own account he said he is not a vocal leader - he "leads" with his play.

Yelling and grimacing and being angry or excited in games or in practice is not vocal leadership. Vocal leadership is continuous direction of people with loud authoritative confidence. That wasn't Wade's style.

Wade was criticized for not being vocal enough up until 2010-11 when he basically tried to step up and be that guy but it didnt work. So after that season he stepped aside and LeBron took over and the rest is history.
