Shot 8-16 from three...man how deep with the NBA rabbit hole go when it comes to three-point shooting? Everyone understands it's importance, but the amount of warping it has had on the NBA is insane. We didn't see this kind of three point shooting at all just 7-8 years ago. Blake Griffin hit 9 threes in his first TWO SEASONS...yet hit 8 last night.

I watched the game and the saying "live and die by the 3" couldn't fit any better for the end of the game.

Griffin kept chucking wild 3's when the Pistons had the lead in the 4th / 1st OT...

Rose with terrible decision-making as well.

Choked away 2 pretty comfortable leads...

Its weird how Blake Griffin regressed from his rookie season. He started off as a physical man and dunk machine, but then he developed a jumper which should've been a good thing. However, he seems to have forgotten how to play at the low-post, which was a tragedy for player development. Now hes just a poor man's Ibaka with weaker jump shots and worse defense, this is such a shame.

People always begging young stars who don’t shoot to start....and ignore that many of them stop doing what made them stars to begin with.

His shot is so line drive... doesn't feel meant for 3's.

Yea young Blake Griffin was a force to be reckoned with. I remember him just totaling the old Lakers lol. His shot always failed him in the playoffs though.

Blake seems to have lost all the athleticism at this point. Hes just a stretch four now. Its weird because if he didn't have his 3pt shot he would be completely useless now. But if he had it from the beginning maybe he wouldn't be so banged up from all the physical action under the basket, because he wouldn't have needed to do it so much. A catch 22 thing it seems.

That's proof right there he is past it. No more athletic, relying on the shot.
Griffin is done.

He was 8 for 12 at one point. He went cold in the 4th and OT tho.

Yeah man I still remember Blake dunking all over Pau Gasol like he was a blow up doll. He can still get 20 points which is a testament to his hard work after all the injuries.

Funny how Blake makes 8 threes and instead of giving him credit, the excuse is because he can't do anything else.

So now he's just a Klay Thompson.

I wonder if Steph still thinks of it as his duty to upstage Blake. If so watch out Chicago!

The problem is just a year or two ago he was as complete as it gets offensively. Now hes not only limited by his physical decline, but he hardly gets the ball to create because Rose without the ball is more ineffective than he is without the ball.
