People were disingenuous last year by acting like Lou, Montrezl, Beverly and Morris are different from Rondo, Green, Kuzma, Pope

There's very little gap between these guys and this was never going to make a big difference

Otoh, Giannis I mean AD is better than George or Kawhi

Wait... I thought Kawhi had a stacked team. I guess people meant the Lakers.

It's arguable because AD was MVP of the Western Playoffs and the real Finals (vs Denver)

Only Magic and Lebron had sidekicks that were arguably the top player or top 3 at worst.

They're also the only guys with elite 1st options playing 3rd fiddle... Indeed, ball-dominators need more talent to offset their ball-dominance (weaker brand)

Both AD and Kareem needed super-point guards like Oscar, Magic, and now Lebron to find synergies and have a great team.

Without these guys bird-feeding them, they're losers.

Why does it matter who played with who?

Dirk is the GOAT because he won with nobodies vs the Heatles? NO HE ISN'T.

Huh?.. supporting cast doesn't matter?...

Teaming up with Giannis, Wade or AD doesn't matter?

wtf are you talking about

Lebron stacked the deck and got unfair advantage

Maybe he should be ranked higher though

Dirk did what Lebron thought was impossible (win with a 1-star team).. lebron left a 1-star ring on the table by team-hopping - his Cavs would've been massive favorites over Dirk in 2011 with the defense and organic chemistry to beat the Mavs

It was perfect karma that lebron was destroyed by an organic 1-star team

Jordan and Pippen were considered the top 2 players in the NBA in 1995 and 1996. Some people thought Pippen was better than Jordan, actually.

Dude is a world class fakkit :oldlol: He has absolutely no core beliefs, he'll just shift his argument into whatever narrative he needs at the time. The one you posted being the most cringeworthy and embarrassing example

Davis was the biggest veteran big man acquisition since Shaq signed with Lakers almost 25 years ago. It's amazing to me watching Lebron fans spin Anthony Davis (top 3 all-time in PER after almost a decade in the league) as some kind of second or third rate help for Lebron. AD is every bit as good as Kawhi Leonard, and dude is two years younger. Davis anchored a championship roster at 26 and arguably is just now entering his peak. Probably most GM's would take Davis over Leonard right now.

This moron actually convinced himself that Kawhi would've been able to turn around a 51 point Mavs carnage into a Clippers win.

Kyrie was not a star. When you can't lead teams to playoff appearances, you are not a star. Same thing for Love in 2016.
