1-10 for Kyrie. He has been scorching hot prior to this game so you can't complain but he is settling for too many threes. The bigger problem is the lack of team defense. The Hawks are getting either a wide open three or a wide open layup. These are not championship building habits so I hope this can improve quickly. I really don't like this team without Dinwiddie. Something just seems off but at least TLC is trying to fill in the gap.

With butterfly effect in the working, Dinwiddie would not have been injured, and we would've lost to the Hornets but nothing would've changed. With KD and KI playing the day before yesterday, we would've beaten the Grizzlies easily. sigh.

Trae had a few miscues in the end but he played a masterful game. He was setting up his teammates, creating wide open looks, Kyrie was focused on being the fourth quarter hero on offense.

Nah Dog! Not impressed with the Nets and Kyrie at all. He got going at the end of the game but he plays low IQ basketball. They got the win, due to clutch shots at the end and Hawks miscues but Trae easily outplayed Kyrie and Trae's outside shot was off so he focused creating easy shots for his teammates 11 assist and still had 30 points. Just needs to learn how to close out close games.

I don't know where to begin. Abysmal defense, foolish turnovers and our offense is one pass and chuck up a shot. Kevin Durant has been the only pleasantry this season. He hasn't had one bad game so far meanwhile every other player has. For the Nets to be down double digits the entire game is not indicative of a championship team. I look for Steve Nash to get fired. 3-3 and would easily be 2-4 if it weren't for Kyrie in the last game. Just purely unacceptable.

It was a thing of beauty and i honestly feel the Hawks can't let Collins walk even if we have to overpay him a bit. Him and Trae work way to good together and he fits what this team does to well. Plus i think over 2 years now he has proven he can pop a 3 on you at any time if you give him just a little room he has very solid range for a big man and nice touch in the mid range as well.

Trae's defense is much improved this year theirs no doubt on that although i wouldn't say it was him locking up Irving most the game that was Reddish and Hunter mostly i think. Trae did do well enough though when he was on Irving surprisingly. Trae is never going to be a great defensive player. But now that he isn't having to carry the entire load on offense you can EASILY tell his effort on defense is much improved and he isn't a complete liability he can give you some ok minutes on D now and with his offensive power thats all you need from him.

Didn't watch but I did watch the Hawks play the Griz. They have a lot of talented young guys on rookie deals. Their record isn't a fluke.

Hawks are still finding themselves as well they are still missing pieces like Kris Dunn, Tony Snell and 1st round pick Onyeka who hasn't played yet. You add in Galo and Rondo you got one of the deepest teams in the East, no doubt.
