Their number 2 scorer from last year being a big negative other than hitting shots is a problem. Conley playing off ball is a problem. The coach not making adjustments is a problem. Not having a PF is a problem.

Ayton is still learning but making leaps defensively and anchoring the Suns defense, but in all honesty, the reason the Suns defense is so good is also because of Mikal Bridges. It's a combined effort between Ayton+Mikal and the rest of the team buying into playing team defense, but Mikal and Ayton are carrying the majority of the defensive load at the moment.

Obviously they traded down for a reason. Maybe they had tax issues? It was known before the 2013 draft that Denver wanted to sale their first round pick because they didn't want the guaranteed contract and had a good team already. Do they regret not picking Gobert who they may or may not have taken with the pick anyway?
