They played without westbrook in the first bulls game. They were up big and then Brooks insisted on playing a scrub jerome robinson who shouldn't be in the rotation. He was spectacularly bad, allowing the bulls to come back and win.

The wizards would have at least two wins with a competent coach.

When they have only one pg in the game they have been out playing teams decisively. But Brooks insists on playing lineups that have sucked. He loves playing 2-3 pg lineups even though forward is our strongest position.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting different results.

I'll add that every instance of two PG's on the floor together has been a train wreck.

Westbrook/Ish is -20.7 per 100 in 42 minutes. That's actually the best combo, LOL.
Westbrook/Neto is -22.6 per 100 in 38 minutes.
Ish/Neto is -57.8 per 100 in 19 minutes. Not a typo.

I'd like to say that things have been more successful with Westbrook alongside an actual shooting guard, but I have no way of knowing. Brooks hasn't even tried it, other than alongside Beal of course (which is +7.3 per 100 possessions). Can we at least see a lineup with Westbrook, Brown, 2 forwards and a center? Or Westbrook, Mathews, 2 forwards and a center?

There have inexplicably been several times when they went to a 3 pg lineup.:facepalm

The rotations have been nutty.

Jerome Robinson was so bad in such a short time during the game Westbrook didn't play. It looked like a regular dude suited up by mistake.

Lol that Jerome Robinson seems like a huge bust. Was 13th pick overall two years ago but averages 4ppg on 38/32/70 for his career.

So far in this short year, Jerome has a NEGATIVE 8.78 PER.

With westbrook out Brooks can't play the usual 2-3 pg lineups. Or I should say it is less likely.

Hell yeah, hopefully this will humble Westbrook. Play team ball, not the shit you've been doing. If they can win without you, they better be able to win with you as well.

Neto is legitimately good on offense, or has been so far.

Bertans hit some 3's tonight, and you can't really blame his misses in previous games on Russ. The Wiz played bigger than they have, which helped them not get exploited on D for easy penetration.

They said he would be revaluated weekly but his type of injury is usually a month. I just hope this opens peoples eye's a bit about the talent around KAT:roll:

In both games back Rui has had a great 1st quarter and forced the defense to make adjustments to account for him as the primary offensive target after Beal. Hit a couple 3's when they sagged off him a few nights ago, and absolutely punished them in the post when guarded by wings last night.

Also, Beal ate Anthony Edwards' lunch. Welcome to the league rookie!
