Would love to see Beal and Curry together. Klay will not be back anytime soon and these 2 can make Warriors into serious contenders. Maybe Obre Wiseman plus Wolves Pick can do it. Wizards ain't competing to win with Westbrook there.

Can't believe people on a basketball message board don't understand that Wiggins is a huge negative given his contract. A team wouldn't even take him into cap space, the team trading him would have to give up picks just for another team to take him on unless an equally bad contract was coming back...the **** if Wiggins and a pick is getting you Bradley Beal.

Something like Wiggins, Wiseman, Paschall, Wolves pick, and a couple future firsts starts to get interesting for the Wizards in my opinion. You are stuck for the next couple years anyway so taking on Wiggins isn't as bad as it would be in other situations...and also allows you to tank for the next couple years...then you'd have a bunch of young talent and clean books in 2.5 years....and you'd have two huge expiring contracts to work out potential trades with in Russ / Wiggins in 2023 as well.

They wouldn't. But if you throw in Wiseman, Paschall, the Wolves pick (looking very good), and more first rounders...it starts to get interesting. It isn't always about how good a player is...it is about what the future of the Wizards over the next 3 years is going to be.

I wouldn't pull the plug on this season for the Wizards yet...it is too early to do that in my opinion, but I'm also high on Wiseman. Nothing wrong with exploring getting a guy at age 19 if you think he's going to be great while loading up draft assets to lose a guy in Beal, who is great, but likely isn't doing anything of note for your franchise over the duration of the contract because of the team you have.

You also improve your own draft pick over the coming years by making this trade....and who knows, maybe someone would take Russ in a panic move at some point as well.

Noone is getting Wiseman, he's the future of the franchise. And Dray is needed for defense in the team and playmaking, despite him being one of the worst scorers in the league.

If Beal gets traded it will most likely be to Miami. They have expiring deals and young players that the wizards would want.

The Warriors shouldn't make any trades before the 2021 draft. If they end up with the 4th overall pick they could draft Jalen Suggs or Jalen Green. Suggs is 6'4" so he can start at SG until Klay is 100% healthy.

They could definitely compete next season if Klay is healthy, Wiseman improves, and if they get Suggs. A Suggs and Paschall duo off the bench would be dynamic.

It's a small sample size but Wiggins has been a very good 3 and D guy this year. 17.5 PPG on 38.5 3P% with very good defense. The Warriors culture and coaching has elevated his play.

Klay is a top 10 defensive player. Beal is average at best on defense.

Who is going to defend if Oubre, Wiseman and Dray all leave and Beal comes? If Beal somehow was a Warrior target (I doubt it), it would be Klay because you slot one out/in. With Dray out, you have 3 guards and your forward line is decimated.

Before Bucks pulled the trigger on True I was hoping for Beal.
They still could get him , but they would have to send 5 players ... and Bucks squad would be meager.
