Interesting article about blacks migrating back to the south from the Northeast.

I guess this is contemporary right-winged black politics.

My question is, how can you be pro-black yet for equality? Is tribalism the new america? Latinos fir latinos, black for black, white for white, asian for asian... All in the collective hub for equality?
