The chances of anaphylaxis for someone who has no allergies or issues with the flu shot is so low, it's negligible. Iowa... a small rural state in the central US (3.1 million), a state without anything resembling a major population center (des moines - 215k, cedar rapids - 130k, davenport - 100k), has supposedly seen a grand total of 4332 covid deaths.

Unlike the nation of China, Iowas economy did not grow this year...
