0/2
2 travels
pass out of bounds
1 rebound
2/2 free throws

LeBron also had a meltdown at Pope after one of his ridiculous travels. Pouted big time and stormed off the court after.

Edit: LeBron scored 2 points in the final 10 minute.

That's what happens when your skillset actually has some gaping holes, such as an inability to attempt or convert contested jumpers

So Lebron can't bailout possessions (close) like other greats, or take over down the stretch.

Ultimately, that's why lebron has zero game-winners, tyers, or go-ahead buckets in the last 24 seconds on the championship level (Finals)... Instead, his clutch shots are lower importance shots in earlier rounds due to sheer longevity and opportunities - again, virtually nothing on the championship level

Given single coverage on him, no pressure from crowd, regular season game, no physicality and no one matches up with his speed and size he still did 0/2 in the 4th?

Everybody can have a bad game. At least with bron it's in the regular season unlike someone else we know:facepalm

Nah bro, he was super clutch against the craptors up 3-0 though.

Notice how OP focuses on what happened in the 4th quarter of a random regular season game and specifically dodges the subject of what happened after the 4th quarter of game 6 of the NBA Finals:

The game where the refs had to intervene yet again and foul out Curry to hand the game over to the media's chosen one? I don't know what point you're trying to make aside from the inferior player having never really closed a game against Curry.

TheGoatest. This is current NBA events.

We are talking about this season, last night.

If you want to make your 1,000,000th thread on LeBrons career playoff stats or something, be my guest.

Cavs down going into the 4th quarter of game 7 of the 2016 NBA finals: LeBron proceeds to score 11 of the 18 points the Cavs scored in the 4th quarter.
And this was despite league rigging in favor of Curry and not suspending him for hitting a fan with his mouthpiece in the mouth.

We all know the inferior player dominates the ball and stuffs his numbers when he feels like it which really makes it obvious when he doesn't—like when Kyrie iced it. Why wasn't it the inferior player? His fans still don't have an answer they can live with.

In hindsight it would have been fine if the league suspended Curry for that incident where in his frustration at being fouled out with ticky tack phantom fouls he accidentally hit Dan Gilbert's son with the mouthpiece. Would have exposed the rig job and drawn much more scrutiny to the circumstances of him fouling out. Instead the media made it all about the mouthpiece and ejection rather than the questionable fouls.

There are two blackmarks in NBA league history with regards to unfounded ring altering suspensions. 2007 and 2016.

You mean the inferior player who shrivels on the biggest stage and begged an MVP to join his 73 win team, after the humiliation the previous season.

Talking about ref bias. LeBron took the vast majority of his shots at the rim in the 2016 Finals. Nearly 60% of his shots came within 10 ft of the rim. Yet, he averaged only 6 FT's a game. 70% of Curry's shots came OUTSIDE 10 ft from the rim and he averaged only 2 fewer FT's a game than LeBron.

TBH, the Warriors shouldn't have even made the Finals. Green should've been suspended earlier.

A regular season win is all you guys can celebrate, I guess. Curry usually shits his pants in the PO's and doesn't have an iconic moment.

Even with all the 3-1 jokes that were made afterword, to this day I still feel like this hasn't been given the proper criticism. Game 7 of the Finals at home and he proceeds to brick every shot, throw a mindless pass out of bounds, have Kyrie drill the game winner in his face, then get shut down by a notoriously bad defender in Love. So you can clown LeBron for last night, but Curry did worse in literally the biggest moment imaginable

People criticize that all the time. Are you serious? Curry still put up 23 PPG in that series. Lebron put up 18 PPG in 2011. So if you want to talk low points, you're not going to make it far here.

Game 7 specifically? I don't think so, I've seen significantly more 6/24 references than that

And curry was also responsible for making kyrie play at an mvp level during that time, wasn't he? So he basically let opposing pgs flourish.

Klay was the primary defender on Kyrie. Curry's main assignment was JR Smith. Exposed you didn't watch the series mate.

Yeah KCP said before that game that he was the best shooter on the Lakers and then LeBron sets him up with a wide open corner three and he passes to Kuzma!!?

Anthony Davis did the same thing in the 4th - the ball was swung to him and he had a wide open three and he didn’t pull the trigger either.

Both of those overpassing plays ended with those two LeBron travels, probably because he was in shock at what he was seeing.

LeBron was irate instantly at KCP, btw, not after the play.

They worked to draw Draymond over to set up that specific high quality shot and KCP doesn't take it. You'd be mad too.

Those two travels were really bad.

They weren't bad at all. Everyone does it and it's rarely called but they called it twice in the same quarter on LeBron. Strange.

So they were more bad calls than they are bad travels.

And the bad calls were made even more egregious when Draymond did the same thing immediately afterwards and the refs didn't call it. Very strange.

KCP is one weird dude. Early in the game he does a crossover on the guy defending him and takes a stupid, contested three, which he makes. But when he's supposed to take the open shot that he is supposed to take like the one in the gif, he passes the ball with 5 seconds left on the shot clock.

LeBron out of all people should definitely be able to understand. Instead he had a tantrum and completely fell apart.

LeBron took the very last shot of the game. So which narrative are you going with, exactly? That LeBron is scared to shoot or making fun of him for missing the shot at the buzzer he took?

https://imgflip.com/s/meme/Two-Buttons.jpg

Anyway, back to KCP: It is a testament to LeBron's greatness that he somehow managed to win a championship and Finals MVP with such a low basketball IQ player as his 3rd leading scorer in the finals.

That's a tough position for Lebron to be in. He claims to be goat and yet he has two problems, he doesn't like taking tough shots, and when he does, he's not exactly the best at it.
