View Full Version : Lebron seems like a better player now than his younger years because of the format

It started in 2015 when the Warriors surprised everyone with this new format that left the middle of the floor wide open on every possession.

This immediately boosted the stats of all ball-dominators (harden, westbrook, etc), except Lebron's boost happened in the playoffs because he took regular seasons off.

Accordingly, many people say that today's lebron (or 2018 lebron) would've won the title in his younger years - but this is false because the format was harder back then and his late-career boost was due to today's easier format

The Warriors didn't introduce a new format?

It must suck to be in denial. I wonder what that feels like
