Honestly these days it dosnt mean much. Perimeter players are open all day long because of the rules and all the screens. Vanvleet would be a bench or role player in any other era.

You can see Nets game are most liked, because people like offensive bball.And the NBA is promoting it by calling everything fouls, and not allowing physical defenses.

Yeah not sure there's much silver can do. This is the era he's in. It's the softest most bitch made era ever and he feels he has to cater to it to maximize the NBA'S bottom line. Not a big fan of silver but he is in a tough spot
