I have never seen a team double team one player like the Mavs did last night. Full court double team, Trae is good, but that is God like respect.
Mavs got the win so I guess it worked but it was hard to watch.

It was not out of respect. The gameplan was to slow down the offense and make other players be the playmakers. It clearly worked.

Great game by the Mavs. It's fun to see them finally play together.

The game plan worked, they got the W but you don't deploy a double team full court on one player if you didn't respect that players ability to beat you. We are not talking about a half court trap, this was full court trap all game which I have never seen before. Atlanta was foolish not to trap Luka until last few minutes of the game. Hats off to the Dallas coaching staff and players.
