On the film All the Money in the World, 88-years-old Plummer was the last minutes replacement for #MeToo'ed Kevin Spacey and managed to reshot all 22 Spacey's scenes in 8 days, a month before the film's scheduled premier. He got nominated for best supporting actor for the Oscar for this role that year.

That among other feats including being the oldest actor to win an Oscar in acting category.
