If in a hypothetical situation where Lebron takes the place of Adrian Dantley and Mark Aguirre on those bad boys teams.

How well do you think Jordan and the Bulls would have fared against them.

He'd be ringless.

MJ would have retired much earlier and never came back. Possibly diagnosed with a case of dementia and life shortened.

Bulls sweep because Aguirre (3x all-star) + Adrian Dantley (HOF) > Lebron by himself

Jordan beat those Pistons despite a massive talent deficit - the Pistons had 3x all-stars at every starting spot (except rodman was 2x)

Btw, I guarantee that Dantley would skunk Lebron in 1-on-1 worse than Beasley did.. Dantley is literally one of the goat iso players - 32 ppg on 60% fg... All tough iso's.. the king of drawing fouls..

Not even career-saver Pippen would've been able to save him.

Dantley had 4 straight seasons of 31 ppg and 56% shooting from 81-84'

That's better scoring and efficiency than lebron ever had

Btw, lebron went 1/4 with Kyrie against Curry, so he gets demolished with Isiah against MJ.. lebron's ball-dominance is a teamwork and strategy (ball movement) killer.. lebron would also kill the Pistons' defense

Lebron had perennial underdogs and record losers with Wade/Bosh and Kyrie/Love

Literally

But you think he's beating the goat with Isiah and Laimbeer?

Lebron is one of the greatest perimeter defenders of all time and I am sure with hand-checking that Lebron would even be better defensively also if Lebron could keep up with a prime Rose and lock him down I have no doubt in my mind that Lebron could guard Jordan effectively and make him earn every basket just as Joe did.

Also, the Bad boys with a starting 5 of Isiah Joe Lebron Rick Laimbeer and Dennis coming off the bench as the sixth man alongside Joe sally would have run riot on the Nba from 1987 to 1991 and they likely would have 5 peated as nobody even Jordan in his prime is stopping that team in its tracks.

Lebron isn't an all-time great perimeter defender with only 5 all-defensive teams and none in the last 8 years.. he also gave up 4 FMVP's to his assignment (record), including role players (iggy)

And again, Lebron doesn't fit with Isiah - isn't that a tragedy?? That's why he's 4/10 and has lower team ceilings - his skillset is limited to ball-dominance, which doesn't fit with everyone

So instead of having a juggernaut favorite with Kyrie as expected (preseason favorites), they barely win 50 games and are huge dogs.. this would happen with the Pistons too.. he'd go 1/4 or some shit and need a teammate to save him

You are seriously on drugs 3 ball if you think that Lebron with that team and coached by the legendary chuck Daley wouldn't steamroll the Nba from 1987 to at least 1992 and win multiple titles together

Those bad-boy teams would have up to almost 5 Hall of Famers on that team with Rodman Bill Joe Lebron Isiah seriously there is no way in hell that Jordan would beat them in a series with just only Pippen as his second-best player man as far weaker teams such as the 1992 knicks were able to push the Bulls to seven games.

Mostly not unless he begs to the refs for some help.

This statement is literally permaban worthy

And Jordan only played the Pistons once when they had Dantley & Aguirre and got destroyed

So how df is he going to win against an even better version of them :facepalm

Kyrie/Love and Wade/Bosh/Allen > Pistons' talent, yet lebron went 3/8 with them

The Pistons didn't have 3 juggernaut offensive players (big 3) like lebron's teams and lebron needs the best offensive help in the league to win (big 3 or kareem-like sidekick to lead the stats)

The Pistons were a defensive juggernaut

Rodman/Dumas/Zeke > Kyrie/Love easily

Swap Aguirre for Lebron and you're looking at the greatest defense ever

Again, lebron needs the best offensive help in the league to win, and the Pistons had shit offensive help

We've seen lebron lose with top 3 defenses numerous times including as the favorite because he lacked the tremendous offensive help that he needs

He needs the best offensive help in the league to win

If you put Klay Thompson on those Pistons, Jordan would have to wait until Isiah Thomas retired before he could start winning rings over all those teams who failed to beat Hakeem in 1994 and 1995.
Now if you put LeBron? Man, just imagine the carnage. :oldlol: LeBron, Joe Dumars, Dennis Rodman + filler would go on winning chips for as long as they pleased.

So Jordan was 1-3 against a weak offensive team

Yikes imagine losing 3 straight times to a team without a good scorer :oldlol:, notmygoat

Lebron is the polar opposite of the Bad boys culture. The entire premise is ridiculous.
