Allegedly..... not sure someone would take that size of bet.

"Word got around after the Super Bowl that streaker Yuri Andrade placed a $50,000 bet that there would be a streaker at the event before he ran onto field himself. At +750, he would walk away with $374,000 profit, so most on social media claimed this was a phony story.

However, the streaker himself posted to his Instagram page confirming that it’s true. The dude in a pink onesie is an American hero, and we’re here for all of it.

"Now that Andrade has beaten sports books at their own game, we can kiss any future prop bet like this goodbye. We’re actually kind of surprised it took this long for a fan to go full Pete Rose and bet on himself.

Most similar fan incidents are done for popularity, but Yuri Andrade was a man with a plan.

Surprised this didn’t void his bet to be honest. Down under they’d sniff this out and sting the **** out of you somehow. If I was this dude I would have kept my mouth shut for a lot, lot longer.

Also, why is the f word still censored here? Or any word at all for that matter. There aren’t any classy sewers, Jeff.

The smart thing would be to pay someone else to streak. If you do it yourself, they can sue you for fixing the bet and then you might have to pay for the other winnings.

No casino or bookie in the world would accept a $50K wager on a prop bet like that. Anything outside the game itself, in other words something which can be manipulated or known beforehand, is going to have pretty strict limits on the amount of money that can be wagered. Length of the national anthem? Number of Katy Perry costume changes during the halftime show? There are dozens of people who know which side of the prop bet will win well before the game starts. You can't bet big money on that kind of thing, and if there a bunch of smaller bets on one side of that sort of prop wager, it comes off the board in a hurry.

And as a side point, the guy wasn't streaking. He ran onto the field fully clothed, which is another thing entirely. Casinos will claim that he wasn't naked, hence not technically a streaker.

And as another side point, we don't know how this will eventually play out. He was arrested, charged with trespassing, set free after posting a $500 bond. He has yet to go to trial. Additional, potentially much more serious charges could be filed against him. If it turns out that he actually did win money through his stunt, a judge will probably rule that he profited through an illegal act and order all of his winnings confiscated. He could wind up losing big.

Ha, I can literally open a thread on the front page and see a gif of a chick with tits out and jizz on her face. But yeah, the f word is pretty naughty I guess. Get real, guy.

Isn't that kind of... fraud? Like if a sports player bet on his opponent and threw the game himself.

IANAL, but I agree that this guy will be lucky if the only crime he's charged with is simple trespassing by the time this goes to trial. Bovada says that there were a few small wagers placed online on this prop by people who were acquaintances of the streaker. They're voiding those bets, and refunding the original wager amount to anyone else who who bet on it.

So I guess maybe the guy got a couple of free drinks out of the deal for his trouble. Hope it was worth it.

eh... at that amount of payout, they'd have a team working the case. If nobody realized the name of the streaker matched the name of the winner, they should all be fired for that poor of an audit. He would've got caught eventually anyway. The smart thing to do is like someone else said and work as a team with somebody else but then you have to worry about your partner absconding with the money. and there's only one course of action from there. :oldlol:

He wasn't gonna get paid anyway. The name of the streaker is in the public record because he was arrested. If he really did win the amount claimed, he would have to show ID and fill out tax paperwork prior to claiming his winnings. When the two names match... he's busted.

Not everyone is a bitch. Sure you can sting him, if you want your bloodline to be wiped from existence. Not a good idea. Someone that makes a bet like that is just waiting for someone to make a mistake, just like the dumbass who make the mistake of taking the bet lol
