They can trade Zubac, some role players and future first round pick for Blake Griffin. Maybe Blake can rejuvenate his career with the Clippers.

Nah Blake is done. Hes physically finished. Hes a stretch four with average efficiency and no defense. Sad because just two years ago he was one of the best basketball players in the world.

OP has been here for 15 years and still has no idea how trades work.

Blake's salary is 30M, Zubac is what, 7M?

Clippers are fine. Quietly they are doing their job and are developing the necessary chemistry to fight for a championship. One of the favorites to win it all. They don't need Blake.

Trade is workable if you trade Beverly, Marcus Morris, Zubac, and Reggie Jackson for Blake Griffin. He'd likely play better in LA, he never wanted to leave. Marcus would likely be very unhappy to be traded as his brother plays on the Lakers.

You'd then have to look to the buyout market for a new PG if you're the Clippers. Although since the ball is usually in Kawhi or Paul George's hands, a classical point guard is less important.

You could also alternatively trade Lou Williams and Luke Kennard (contract wise) *along with Zubac & Jackson instead of Beverly (keeping a point guard).

The Clippers don't need a shooting guard.

Take on a washed up bum who makes 30 million. And for what? So he can go to bars with Chandler Parsons or bang a Kardashian? Hell no, don't want anything to do with Griffin.

Griffin has 2 years left on his contract, so down the line if it doesn't work out, you'd have a great expiring contract/trading chip. He'd be more motivated playing alongside other veterans for a potential championship and wouldn't be expected to carry the offense. Could go back to primarily running the point from the post like he used to, similar to Draymond Green.

The main issue is that he doesn't play back-to-backs anymore, understandable given his injury history.

Yeah bro. It's sad what happened to Blake Griffin.

Even though the Clippers did him dirty by trading like that in the first place, it was the best in hindsight cuz of what happened.

He was one of the best and exciting players in the league a couple of years back. Injuries did him in.

Blake was at his best when his athleticism was partially diminished and he played a brilliant all round game, ie 2018. He didn't dunk like crazy but doing that actually took away from the finer aspects of his game. Unfortunately now his athleticism is completely gone. Not sure he can even dunk anymore, and he is basically walking on the court instead of running at this point.

Last time he dunk in a game was on December 2019

He was a jump shooter that never rebounded and played defense, idiot.

What a dumbass. Blake was a point forward running the show. Playmaking, postup moves, everything. He doesnt rebound as much since he played with DAJ and Drummond, probably the two best rebounders in the league. Defence he always sucked, but compensated on offense. Now not anymore. So just stfu when you don't have a clue what youre talking about

only way anyone is going to get Blake is by a release or free agency..
(I still feel Blake has a lot in the tank) He has not played a lot of games over the last 3 seasons because of injuries.
