View Full Version : Some of your favourite countries you would rather move to?
Which ones? And where did you see these countries and what are the qualities that makes you think you can be pretty happy and settled there if you could choose.
Yes, political.

Hard to say these days. I would have considered New Zealand, Switzerland, and Japan a year or two ago... these days im not so sure, maybe Iceland, or somewhere in Eastern Europe like Hungary or Romania, or possibly Peru or Chile... but I am pretty happy living in the US for now

I like New Zealand great choice. The last 4 choices though??

Yeah used to be there almost every day (weed), great choice, they are one of the most social people in general, different than where i live, people are more introverted. Very hip and village like houses and streets.

Hungary or Romania? Why exactly?
Ad Netherlands. Was there several times. Really digged it, but it's too rainy for my liking. Countryside is too calm, and the cities I've been to were too expensive and too much (weed) tourism(not that I didn't smoke back then, but most tourists are retards, who act like smoking weed is some otherworldly feat).
I'm glad that I was born and raised where I am. The only place to move to that I'f be interested in would be southern Cali. Mostly for the weather and it still being a 1st world country compared to most great weather destinations.

The reason I would consider Hungary and Romania is that they provide a lot of the benefits of living in Europe without having some of the downsides you get in much of western europe. Beautiful countryside and ancient architecture, relatively low cost of living, gorgeous women everywhere, strong cultural identity that has resisted corruption by globalists and libtards...

The netherlands is nice but for the price of a 2br apartment in amsterdam you could probably get a castle in the mountains of romania

Only been to USA, Canada and India. I can't talk about countries I have never personally been to. Between those 3 countries, I prefer USA. Canada is very similar but way too cold for my taste.

Trust me, you'll discover a certain love for rain once you've lived here for a while. It's the wind you'll hate. Somehow, someway, no matter what direction you're going, you'll always have to face it head-on. :oldlol:

That's like half the countries in the world.
I wonder if bosnia is up to any good, since AirTupac is still having nightmares about serbian raids that took place there.

Rather move to? None of them. If I had to, I guess Canada or a nice part of Mexico.

I guess there's some charm to it, but most these visegrad & balkan countries are corrupt AF aswell without the benefits of western countries. Some of them really treat wesstern strangers like shit aswell. I loved Hungary when I was a kid, but Orban made it a non desireable destination even to travel to.

Never could. That's why southern Cali would be so tempting. No rain.

Based on what I know, I wouldn't mind Southern France or Southern Italy or Israel or California/Florida/certain parts of Texas tbh.

Visiting the Balkans next month as an American. Will they mistreat me? I'm flying into Belgrade. I've heard nothing but good stories from travelers and expats yet sometimes you'll get something like this. Im from Miami, so I'm used to rough, run down areas anyways.

Americans definitely aren’t popular there, as long as you don’t act like a typical yank tourist you’ll be fine though.
I could easily live in Japan, of the 30+ countries I’ve been to that’s probably got the most to offer.
It’s hard to beat Australia liveability wise..

Thanks. There is no such thing as a typical "yank", so I think I'll be fine. I'm very friendly and charismatic, and latino.

years ago when I was looking into this I read that costa rica has a bank that gives 25% interest on w/e you put in. That is absolutely insane in comparison for obvious reasons here in the states. I was thinking you wouldn't need to put very much in at all in order to generate enough interest to live on. They apparently did it to encourage foreigners to move in so they can develop and build infrastructure.
Now I don't know if that's still the case or not, I was looking into some land and a house out there years ago when the USA was clearly in decline.

if you move to an eastern european nation you run the risk in a lot of different ways.
one example i'll speak of is I know of a retired NYPD detective who did different type of contract work after he left them. One thing he told me is to never ever go near any of those areas. He said out there if you are a good looking guy there is a high risk of you being kidnapped. So a gay guy can pay them money to let him have his way with you, I shit you not.
now if that's your thing tho...

Just don't act cocky. There's a thin line between hospitality and hostility in ex-Yu. But if they like you it's awesome AF.
