Which combo guard with a capital V in their last name is better?

VanVleet is not starter quality in my opinion. LaVine is superior.

That's interesting. I think that VanVleet would be great as a starter on a good team, and LaVine would be better as a 6th man.

Freddy easily, he plays winning basketball and doesn't just put up empty stats like Lavine

Get the question but I’m going lavine. He’s on a hot streak this year but improved his game enough including playmaking to be 2nd-3rd guy on a very good team and a starter for sure. Defense isn’t as bad as it used to be. Vanvleet is an unbelievable good defender for his size but his offense is limited. Bit overrated as playmaker as Lowry runs most of the offense and Fred’s only great at shooting 3s, size makes him bad at scoring in paint. Don’t think Fred will ever be that efficient and there’s like a 10% gap in efficiency this year.

Zach is a one man wrecking crew. He's the perfect #2 star on your team. High volume efficient scoring and shot creating from literally everywhere. Van Vleet is good, but not a #2 star, hes more of a role player.

VanVleet, 100%. LaVine might be a better individual player, but not remotely a #1 option on a winning team. VanVleet is a better team player. LaVine could be a tremendous 6th man on a championship team, but I can already tell he is a Melo type who doesn't want to come off the bench.

LaVine on a good team would be a superstar.

You've misjudged his personality type if you think he could accept being a 6th man for himself. That's like saying Kyrie Irving would be better as a 6th man, and while in theory that sounds like it would work well, it would require a brain transplant, so it's not true.

LaVine was the 13th pick and he thinks like it.

The undrafted VanVleet is a contributor. A next generation Patty Mills. He was made to be a 6th man and he would also gladly accept it. He'd accept anything. He's just happy to be there.

If I had a true stud #1 option, I'd be worried about Zach's tunnel vision. What star do you see him matching up well with as a #2?

Van Fleet

You would pick him for some reason you think trash players are good. Not saying van ain’t any good

Good player on good team vs big numbers on bad team. Pretty simple

No he's one of the most overrated ever. Never big on gunners and low efficiency

Put him next to Embiid or Butler and its a lock for the title right now.

Lavine will not be prominent unless he can transform the bulls into playoff contenders or if he plays for a more superior team.

they are playoff contenders at 10-14. Certainly underwhelming for a so called elite superstar

Still need almost 50 games to prove that. Otherwise, it's not worth to compare them against elite eastern teams.

Btw, you don't have to believe every word that rose stan says. He's kinda delusional.

28/5/5 on 50/40/90. Dont care if the Bulls havent won a single game, these are historically great numbers.

no one is comparing them with elite teams. They are a contender for the playoffs like most of the shitty conference though. I don't believe him. He likes raw stats that is certain though! Wins and advanced numbers be damned!

Numbers this season really are inflated. 5 assists and 4 turnovers is a pretty bad ratio.
