Nets starters against the Golden State Warriors:

PG: Kyrie Irving
SG: Bruce Brown
SF: Joe Harris
PF: James Harden
C: Kevin Durant

For WARRIORS

Stephen Curry
Andrew Wiggins
Kelly Oubre
Juan Toscano-Anderson
Draymond Green

This should be 150 - 130 score

DeAndre Jordan is out for Brooklyn & James Wiseman is out for Golden State.

It's A VC3!!!

I will be watching how Kevin Durant plays primarily. I'm sure he is very upset that he's been out twice due to contact tracing and the team went 1-3 in his recent absence. For some reason I feel a 40-piece from him tonight. Although I just hope our defense can show signs of improvement today. It's getting unbearable watching the opposing team score 130 points every game.

Not sure what to expect this game. Nets basically have the GOAT bad shotmaking team, and the Warriors have slowly gotten into a top 5 defense this season. Would be shocked if they're still there by the end of this match, but I would be really happy if they keep them from dropping 115+ somehow...

Jordan being out means their rim protection should be slowed down, which should give Steph more space to score inside. I feel like with Steph, we'll either get Jekyll or Hide. He'll either have a garbage shooting night after several weeks of hitting nothing but net, or he will drop 50 or 60 on their trash ass defense. Dray needs be on his A+ game, and hopefully the bench won't be a disgusting shitshow that they've been for a straight month now. They've been ruining leads by double digits for 6 minutes.

Strength in numbers.

The Nets will show up for this one and the Warriors as great as Curry has been are still treading only slightly above .500. Big Nets win to be expected. They cannot allow themselves to be on the losing end of a legendary loss.

Pretty sure kd is still familiar with how curry acts and moves around the floor. They'll probably try to swarm him as much as possible, which means oubre is going to be open. Granting he's not clumsy enough this time with his layups and jumpshots, he could lead the warriors to a win. Also joe harris is the nets pf in this affair, not james harden.

Very solid quarter on both ends of the floor by the Nets. This second quarter is huge. The Nets can enter the first half up by double digits or tied up depending on how they play this quarter. 9 point lead after the first quarter and Kyrie has only 2 points.

Just win the 3rd quarter Nets and the game will be yours. Let's not have this game be a nail-bitter in the fourth. Have some tough games next week & our stars could use the rest. 16 assists in the first half by the Nets and allowed the Warriors to shoot 39%. Love it.

The passes that Harden made was a thing of beauty. Just insane pocket passes that resulted in easy layups for Green & Brown. Kyrie was sensational as well with his drives to the basket. I love when he drives to the basket with force like this rather than settle for jump shots since he is our best slasher on the team. 28 assists after 3 quarters is wonderful to see. It's just one game & the Warriors are a small team but when we play small teams like this DJ should come off the bench and we should play small-ball. Great team win & it feels good not having the Warriors drop 130 on us.

You must not know who he was to make this comment.

At his peak he was a 21ppg and 11 assist type player (playoffs) and his handles were legendary and he's why Kyrie has his handles (Strickland is his Godfather)

Disappointing game. Stopping the Nets from scoring 130 is going to be a nightmare, especially when Harden stops trying to score and becomes a primary playmaker. Kyrie and KD makes some of the toughest shots in the league, and Harden is at worst 1 of the 3 best playmakers in the league. Their defense still sucks even though it can lock in at moments, but question who can outscore these dudes 4 times in a series.

You don't outscore people in the playoffs. You out execute them, and the Nets only execute on one side.

Who can out execute them in the playoffs? Good defenses that have good offenses.

We will see.. but them regularly scoring 130+ points makes them quite a team. Should be interesting because they're about the play the Clippers and Lakers soon enough. Should be a good test.

Harden really embracing being a facilitator is next level dangerous. His flaw was always trying to do too much isolation ball and score.

Harden's gotta be one of the best alley oop passers ever. especially orchestrated out of the pick and roll. The fact that he can switch his game up this heavily shows the ridiculous level of skill he has. And it's refreshing to see the flopping stop, don't need to flop when you're being the passer.
