View Full Version : “Spo is an elite coach”
Struggling to win with two all-NBA players :yaohappy:
Bron deserves credit for 4 rings for winning twice with this idiot.
People will really convince themselves of anything to discredit LeBron. This ****ing retard didn’t double team Curry late apparently :oldlol:
What a ****ing dumbass.

Spo instantly admitted he made a mistake by not calling a timeout with 9 seconds left in regulation. "That's a bad decision, I take responsibility for that"

Btw 2020 Heat has to be one of the worst teams that made the finals. 21 year old Tyler Herro as a second option? Wow. Does he even start at the Lakers?

He's a Riley prodigy... imagine freaking out about one of the best coaches in the history of your franchise over a teeny regular season stretch all because of Bran. What a joke of a "heat" fan.

They had +6000 odds. Ridiculous. Spo is a genius for getting them as far as they went.

That was right before the restart, going into the bubble?

That's what their talent level dictated their chances of winning a championship were on Day 1 of the season.

Why are you faulting Tyler Hero for the Easts pathetic performance in the bubble? He's a good player and that team overperformed and had some luck on their side to get that far. I'm sure that statement can be said just about every year for an overperforming team.
Your quarrel should be with the pathetic Eastern Conference continuing to validate their LEASTern Conference nickname.

Yeah but they dont go to the finals without Dragic and Adebayo missing some games. They overperformed in the playoffs but got ruined by injuries. And bubble conditions helped them.

Those odds got flushed down the shitter when the league was shut down.

I don't know but they would still be horrible odds. They were the 5th seed in the east. They probably had like... +4000 odds at the start of the bubble. Worst of all time for a team to make the Finals.

It's not easy classifying their run yet, but I think they are the typical team that gets hot at the right time.
Anyone who thinks Tyler Herro is anything other than dogshit is brain dead. Dude is just white JR Smith

RRR3 is a spoiled brat. His team just makes the finals, albeit in a highly * season and then he immediately calls for the coaches head after 20 bad games
This guy should be sent to North Korea for some reeducation. A harsh winter eating turnip offcuts and watching Kim Jong Il play basketball will make him appreciate the things he has more
"Damn you if you do, damn you if you don't. Spo, you f*cking suck!"

The very same dude who said that frank vogel was a bad coach too. How terrific. Plus, nobody expected the heat to come out of the bubble east last year until midway through.

Spo is definitely an upper tier coach but his in game adjustments have never been his strong suit.
That said, last year his game management was really good.
During the first few rounds I was really paying attention to his lineups and I thought he was brilliant.
I think he experiments too much for his own liking when he doesn't have a grip on his lineups and that bites him in the ass.
I also think people are racist towards Spo because he is Asian. The fact that he's getting questioned after last years success is crazy.
Even Pop subbed out Duncan, leading to a finals loss. No one asked for Pops head.
Spos a good coach.

I seriously doubt coaching is the main issue with this years Heat, their roster seems incomplete at this point. Against the undersized Warriors the Heat still seemed undersized. That's on the front office.
